§ 1146. District judges

(a) [Repealed.]

(b) Judges shall be allowed necessary expenses under the rules and regulations pertaining to classified state employees.

(c) A district judge shall not demand or be entitled to fees for services performed by him as judge; all fees received shall be paid into the state treasury. (Amended 1959, No. 142, §§ 3, 9, eff.
