§ 704. Disposition when person recovers
When the commissioner of developmental and mental health services determines that a person whose sentence has not expired no longer requires to be under the supervision of the department of developmental and mental health services he shall return the person to the custody of the commissioner in accordance with chapter 189 of Title 18.
