§ 374. Fees; licenses

Applicants and persons regulated under this chapter shall pay the following fees:

(1) Application for licensure $500.00; the board shall use at least $25.00 of this fee to support the costs of the creation and maintenance of a Vermont practitioner recovery network which will monitor recovering chemically dependent licensees for the protection of the public.

(2) Biennial renewal $450.00; the board shall use at least $25.00 of this fee to support the costs of the creation and maintenance of a Vermont practitioner recovery network which will monitor recovering chemically dependent licensees for the protection of the public.
