§ 2798. Guardian may sell personalty and support ward
When it is necessary or for the interest of his ward, the guardian shall sell his personal estate. Out of the proceeds, and the income of his real estate, if sufficient, such guardian shall pay the necessary expenses of the maintenance and education of his ward.
