§ 2654. Control over property in another state

A guardian appointed by a probate court in this state shall have the same power and authority to take possession of, manage, sell and convey personal property and real estate of his ward, situate in another state or foreign country, as he has over like property situated in this state. Such guardian shall account to the probate court of this state for all property of his ward in another state or foreign country, which comes into his hands and control.
