76-10-908. Violation by junk dealer -- Classification of offense -- Local regulation not impaired.Any junk dealer who is found guilty of a violation of any of the provisions of this part is guilty of a class B misdemeanor; provided that this part shall not be construed to in any way impair the power of counties, cities, or incorporated municipalities in this state to license, tax, and regulate any junk dealer.
