62A-4a-302. Definitions.As used in this part:
(1) "Council" means the Child Abuse Advisory Council established under Section 62A-4a-311.
(2) "Child abuse and neglect" means the same as the term "child abuse or neglect," defined in Section 62A-4a-402.
