2006 Utah Code - 53-7-209 — Inspection of buildings by officials.
53-7-209. Inspection of buildings by officials.(1) A fire chief or officer may enter any building or premises not used as a private dwelling at any reasonable hour to inspect the building or premises and enforce the rules made under this part, including the state fire code adopted under Section 53-7-204.
(2) The owner, lessee, manager, or operator of any building or premises not used as a private dwelling shall permit inspections under this section.
