CODIFICATION
Sections 292 and 293, relating to Territory of Alaska, were omitted in view of admission of Alaska into the Union. Section 292, act Apr. 13, 1934, ch. 119, §2, 48 Stat. 583, provided for manufacture and sale of intoxicating liquors. Section 293, act Apr. 13, 1934, ch. 119, §3, 48 Stat. 584, ratified and approved act to create board of liquor control, and prescribed penalties for violation of rules and regulations of the board. |
