The section is included to provide in subchapter I of chapter 5 of title 31 a complete list of the organizational units established by law that are in the Office of Management and Budget or are subject to the direction and supervision of the Director of the Office of Management and Budget. EDITORIAL NOTES AMENDMENTS 2011—Pub. L. 111–350 substituted "section 1101(a) of title 41" for "section 5(a) of the Office of Federal Procurement Policy Act (41 U.S.C. 404(a))". 1990—Pub. L. 101–576 renumbered section 504 of this title as this section. |
