§410cccc–2. Authorization of appropriations |
There are hereby authorized to be appropriated such sums, but not more than $5,422,000, as may be necessary for the acquisition of land and interests in land and for the development of the Golden Spike National Historic Site 1 pursuant to sections 410cccc to 410cccc–2 of this title. |

AMENDMENTS
1976—Pub. L. 94–578 substituted "$5,422,000" for "$1,168,000". CHANGE OF NAMEGolden Spike National Historic Site was redesignated Golden Spike National Historical Park by Pub. L. 116–9, title II, §2205(b), Mar. 12, 2019, 133 Stat. 738, which is classified to section 410cccc–3(b) of this title. |
