1989—Pub. L. 101–189, div. A, title VII, §§707(b), 725(h)(3), Nov. 29, 1989, 103 Stat. 1475, 1480, substituted "and Financial Assistance Program" for "Program" in item for subchapter I and added item for subchapter III.
