There shall be established in the Department of Labor a bureau to be known as the Women's Bureau.

TRANSFER OF FUNCTIONSFor transfer of functions of other officers, employees, and agencies of Department of Labor, with certain exceptions, to Secretary of Labor, with power to delegate, see Reorg.
