INVESTIGATION OF DISCRIMINATORY FREIGHT RATES FOR TRANSPORTATION OF RECYCLABLE OR RECYCLED MATERIALSPub. L. 94–210, title II, §204, Feb. 5, 1976, 90 Stat. 40, which provided for an investigation by the Interstate Commerce Commission of discriminatory freight rates for transportation of recyclable or recycled materials, was repealed by Pub. L. 95–473, §4(b), Oct. 17, 1978, 92 Stat. 1466.
