There are authorized to be appropriated to the Federal Emergency Management Agency for carrying out this chapter—
(1) $8,700,000 for fiscal year 2006;
(2) $9,400,000 for fiscal year 2007; and
(3) $9,400,000 for fiscal year 2008.
(b) National Science FoundationThere are authorized to be appropriated to the National Science Foundation for carrying out this chapter—
(1) $8,700,000 for fiscal year 2006;
(2) $9,400,000 for fiscal year 2007; and
(3) $9,400,000 for fiscal year 2008.
(c) National Institute of Standards and TechnologyThere are authorized to be appropriated to the National Institute of Standards and Technology for carrying out this chapter—
(1) $3,000,000 for fiscal year 2006;
(2) $4,000,000 for fiscal year 2007; and
(3) $4,000,000 for fiscal year 2008.
(d) National Oceanic and Atmospheric AdministrationThere are authorized to be appropriated to the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration for carrying out this chapter—
(1) $2,100,000 for fiscal year 2006;
(2) $2,200,000 for fiscal year 2007; and
(3) $2,200,000 for fiscal year 2008.
