MUNICIPALITIES - 42 U.S.C. § 2385 (2012)
§2385. Installations transferable
All municipal installations are authorized to be transferred under this subchapter, but shall not include property which the Commission determines to be needed for its own use.

Transfer of FunctionsAtomic Energy Commission abolished and functions transferred by sections 5814 and 5841 of this title. See also Transfer of Functions notes set out under those sections.
