DRUG-FREE PUBLIC HOUSING - 42 U.S.C. § 11924 (2012)
§11924. Definitions
For purposes of this subchapter:
(1) Controlled substanceThe term “controlled substance” has the meaning given such term in section 802 of title 21.
(2) SecretaryThe term “Secretary” means the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development.
