Rule 45 F.R.Civ.P. applies in cases under the Code.

Notes of Advisory Committee on Rules—1983Although Rule 7004(d) authorizes nationwide service of process, Rule 45 F.R.Civ.P. limits the subpoena power to the judicial district and places outside the district which are within 100 miles of the place of trial or hearing.
