Notes of Advisory Committee on Rules—1991This form is derived from former Official Form No. 31. The form has been simplified to avoid the necessity of repeating the statutory requirements of 11 U.S.C. §1129(a). In the case of an individual chapter 11 debtor, Form 18 may be adapted for use together with this form.
Committee Notes on Rules—2001 AmendmentThe form is amended to conform to the December 1, 2001, amendments to Rule 3020.
