§1474. Availability of receipts from administrative fees for program operations in Mining Law Administration
In fiscal year 1989 all but 2,000 of receipts, and thereafter all receipts from fees established by the Secretary of the Interior for processing of actions relating to the administration of the General Mining Laws shall be available for program operations in Mining Law Administration by the Bureau of Land Management to supplement funds otherwise available, to remain available until expended.
