Section, Pub. L. 88–652, §10, Oct. 13, 1964, 78 Stat. 1083, related to compensation level of individual appointed to position subject to House Employees Schedule or House Wage Schedule.
Effective Date of RepealPub. L. 106–554, §1(a)(2) [title I, §102(b)], Dec. 21, 2000, 114 Stat. 2763, 2763A–100, provided that: “The amendment made by subsection (a) [repealing this section] shall apply with respect to employees appointed on or after October 1, 2000.”
