§2718. Authorization of appropriations

(a) Subject to the provisions of section 2717 of this title, there are hereby authorized to be appropriated such sums as may be necessary for the operation of the Commission.

(b) Notwithstanding the provisions of section 2717 of this title, there are hereby authorized to be appropriated not to exceed ,000,000 to fund the operation of the Commission for each of the fiscal years beginning October 1, 1988, and October 1, 1989. Notwithstanding the provisions of section 2717 of this title, there are authorized to be appropriated such sums as may be necessary to fund the operation of the Commission for each of the fiscal years beginning October 1, 1991, and October 1, 1992.

1991—Subsec. (b). Pub.
