§122g. Definitions
For purposes of sections 122b to 122g of this title—
(1) the term “Clerk” means the Clerk of the House;
(2) the term “committee” means the Committee on House Administration; and
(3) the terms “Members of the House of Representatives” and “Member” mean any Representative in the Congress, the Resident Commissioner from Puerto Rico, and the Delegates from the District of Columbia, Guam, and the Virgin Islands.

Director of Non-legislative and Financial Services replaced by Chief Administrative Officer of House of Representatives by House Resolution No. 6, One Hundred Fourth Congress, Jan. 4, 1995.
