CHAPTER 44. BEVERAGE CARTAGE PERMIT
§ 44.01. AUTHORIZED ACTIVITIES. A beverage cartage permit authorizes the holder of a mixed beverage or private club registration permit to transfer alcoholic beverages from the place of purchase to the licensed premises as provided in this code. Acts 1977, 65th Leg., p. 458, ch. 194, § 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1977. § 44.02. FEE. The annual state fee for a beverage cartage permit is $20. Acts 1977, 65th Leg., p. 458, ch. 194, § 1, eff.
