TN Code § 2-13-205 (2015) What's This?

On the first Tuesday in March before presidential electors are elected, a presidential preference primary shall be held for each statewide political party. If no candidate will appear on the presidential preference primary ballot of a political party under ยง 2-5-205, no presidential preference primary shall be held for that political party.
