62-20-126. Loss of location manager.
In the event that a location of a licensed collection service loses a location manager for any reason, the collection service licensee shall obtain a licensed location manager for that location. The collection service licensee must obtain a licensed location manager for the location within one (1) year of the date of the event responsible for the location being without a licensed location manager. For purposes of this section, the board may, in its discretion, make provisions for special testing sessions for location manager applicants.
