53-11-411. Administrative decisions Judicial review.

(a)  All final determinations, findings and conclusions of the department of safety, department of mental health and developmental disabilities, department of health, or board of pharmacy under part 3 of this chapter and this part, or title 39, chapter 17, part 4, are final and conclusive decisions of the matters involved.

(b)  Any person aggrieved by the decision may obtain review of the decision in the circuit court of Davidson County upon petition for writ of certiorari.

(c)  Findings of fact by the departments of safety, mental health and developmental disabilities, or health, or the board of pharmacy, if supported by substantial evidence, are conclusive.
