29-20-110. Annual report.

Any municipality, metropolitan government, county, utility district with more than five thousand (5,000) customers, school district, public hospital, or nonprofit volunteer fire department receiving funds appropriated by a county legislative body or a legislative body of a municipality, human resource agency, public building authority, or development district shall file an annual report regarding its tort liability activities with the office of the state treasurer, for the previous fiscal year on a form prescribed by the state treasurer. The report shall be due on March 30, 2001, and on March 30 each year thereafter for a period of three (3) years.
