7-18A-31. Proof of compliance with procedural provisions not required unless controverted. In any action or proceeding instituted pursuant to an ordinance or resolution passed pursuant to this chapter, it shall not be required to show compliance with the provisions of this chapter as to the passage or publication of any ordinance or resolution unless the same be controverted under oath.Source: SL 1975, ch 82, § 17.
