62-5-19. Deductible does not affect reporting requirements. The existence of an insurance contract with a deductible or the fact of payment as a result of a deductible does not affect the requirement of an employer to report an injury or death as required in § 62-6-2.Source: SL 1990, ch 418, § 2.
