57A-9-501.2. Secured party access through state's computer to record liens on real property--Rules. The secretary of state shall maintain a program granting a secured party access through the state's computer system to record liens on real property pursuant to § 57A-9-501. The secretary may promulgate rules, pursuant to chapter 1-26, concerning the procedure for providing a secured party access to, adequate security for, and confidentiality of any public records related to the secured party's liens listed on the state's computer system.Source: SL 2002, ch 226, § 1; SL 2004, ch 294, § 1.
