Section 46-3A-20 - Issuance of renewal license.
46-3A-20. Issuance of renewal license. At the expiration of the license period, the Water Management Board shall issue a renewal license to each applicant who pays the license fee and who has the qualifications necessary for issuance of an original license.Source: SL 1973, ch 254, § 14; SDCL Supp, § 38-9-18.1.
