46-3A-14. Submission to voters of question whether county should participate in program. The board of county commissioners, before contributing to or participating in any weather modification program pursuant to § 46-3A-13, may submit the question of whether the county should participate in any operational weather modification program to the voters of the county at any primary, general, or special election in accordance with all other election laws of this state.Source: SL 1977, ch 306, § 4.
