Chapter 49 - Office of Laboratory Services
Section 1-49-4 - State laboratory fund.
1-49-4. State laboratory fund. Any money that may be received pursuant to this chapter shall be deposited in a special revenue fund in the state treasury which is established and designated as the state laboratory fund. All receipts therein shall be available to the Office of Laboratory Services and may be expended pursuant to chapters 4-7, 4-8, and 4-8A.Source: SL 1985, ch 283, § 4.
