Section 1-47-12 - Petroleum Release Compensation Board transferred--Fund board continued.

1-47-12. Petroleum Release Compensation Board transferred--Fund board continued. All functions of the Petroleum Release Compensation Board under chapter 34A-13 and its functions in the former Department of Commerce and Regulation are transferred to the Department of Revenue and Regulation created by this Executive Reorganization Order. The secretary of the Department of Revenue and Regulation shall perform the functions of the former secretary of the Department of Commerce and Regulation, relating to the Petroleum Release Compensation Fund. The petroleum release compensation fund board shall continue as an advisory board to the secretary of revenue and regulation on issues concerning petroleum inspection and release compensation.
