1-45-4.4. Department as coordinator of services to visually and hearing impaired children. The Department of Education shall develop and implement a plan to identify and evaluate hearing and visually impaired children and coordinate delivery of direct educational programs and services to meet the needs of all visually and hearing impaired children in South Dakota.Source: SL 1991, ch 22; SL 1996, ch 8, § 13; SL 2003, ch 272 (Ex.
