Section 1-43-24 - Annual health care data system report available to public.

1-43-24. Annual health care data system report available to public. Annual reports of data collected pursuant to §§ 1-43-19 to 1-43-22, inclusive, shall be available to the public. Any data released shall be presented in a manner such that no person may be identified.
