Section 1-33-10 - Appointment and tenure of commissioner of personnel--Qualifications.

1-33-10. Appointment and tenure of commissioner of personnel--Qualifications. The Bureau of Personnel is administered by a commissioner appointed by the Governor with the advice and consent of the Senate. The commissioner serves at the pleasure of the Governor. No person may be appointed as commissioner unless the person has at least four years of administrative experience, at least two of which are in personnel management.
