1-27-13. Records management procedures proposed by state agencies. The head of each agency shall submit to the commissioner of administration, in accordance with the rules, regulations, standards, and procedures established by him, schedules proposing the length of time each state record series warrants retention for administrative, legal, or fiscal purposes after it has been received by the agency.Source: SL 1967, ch 253, § 3
