1-27-12. State records management program to be established. The commissioner of administration shall establish within the organizational structure of the Bureau of Administration a records management program, which will apply efficient and economical management methods to the creation, utilization, maintenance, retention, preservation, and disposal of state records.Source: SL 1967, ch 253, § 2
