Chapter 26B - Termination and Legislative Review of Administrative Rules
Section 1-26B-1 - Definition of terms.
1-26B-1. Definition of terms. Terms as used in this chapter mean:(1) "Agency," all divisions, offices, bureaus, commissions, councils, and boards, or like government units or subunits of the departments;
(2) "Committee," the Interim Rules Review Committee;
(3) "Termination," abolishment of the rules of any agency or the act of causing their existence to cease.
