Section 1-20-29 - Policy as to investigations on private land.
1-20-29. Policy as to investigations on private land. It is the declared intention of the Legislature that field investigations on privately owned lands should be discouraged except in accordance with both the provisions and spirit of this chapter; and persons having knowledge of the location of archaeological sites are encouraged to communicate such information to the state archaeologist.Source: SL 1974, ch 11, § 14.
