Section 1-19B-38 - Establishment of historic district by ordinance--Commission required.
1-19B-38. Establishment of historic district by ordinance--Commission required. A county or municipality may, after meeting the requirements of §§ 1-19B-34 to 1-19B-37, inclusive, establish by ordinance one or more historic districts within the area of its jurisdiction. Whenever an historic district is established, an historic district commission shall be established.Source: SL 1974, ch 21, §§ 7, 8.
