1-19A-4. Entry on private property for survey--Consent required. The Office of History is authorized to enter, solely in the performance of its official duties and only at reasonable times upon notice, upon private property for the examination or survey thereof. However, no member, employee, or agent of the office may enter any building or structure without the express consent of the owner or occupant thereof.Source: SL 1973, ch 14, § 7.
