1-18C-7. Acquisition of records submitted to records destruction board. The archivist may acquire, in total or in part, any records, regardless of physical characteristics, which have been submitted to the records destruction board for final disposition if such material is determined to be of informational or historical significance by the archivist.Source: SL 1975, ch 24, § 6; SL 2009, ch 1, § 46.
