Section 1-16J-1 - South Dakota Ellsworth Development Authority created.
1-16J-1. South Dakota Ellsworth Development Authority created. There is created the South Dakota Ellsworth Development Authority, a body corporate and politic, with such duties and powers as are set forth in this chapter to carry out the provisions of this chapter.
