1-16A-73.19. Persons participating in other recruitment incentive programs ineligible. No person may participate in the recruitment incentive program established by §§ 1-16A-73.13 to 1-16A-73.19, inclusive, who is participating in, or has previously participated in, this or any other state or federal tuition reimbursement or forgiveness program.Source: SL 2002, ch 12, § 7; SL 2003, ch 14, § 6.
