Section 1-16A-3 - Authority created--Public function.
1-16A-3. Authority created--Public function. There is hereby created a body politic and corporate to be known as the "South Dakota Health and Educational Facilities Authority." The authority is constituted a public instrumentality and the exercise by the authority of the powers conferred by this chapter shall be deemed and held to be the performance of an essential public function.Source: SL 1972, ch 10, § 3.
