Section 1-16A-3.1 - Authority continued within Bureau of Finance and Management--Records and reports.
1-16A-3.1. Authority continued within Bureau of Finance and Management--Records and reports. The health and educational facilities authority shall continue within the Bureau of Finance and Management, and shall retain all its prescribed functions, including administrative functions. The authority shall submit such records, information, and reports in the form and at such times as required by the commissioner of finance and management, except that the authority shall report at least annually.Source: SL 1973, ch 2, § 16 (b).
