Section 1-16A-13 - Employment of consultants and agents--Compensation.
1-16A-13. Employment of consultants and agents--Compensation. The authority shall have the power, together with all powers incidental thereto or necessary for the performance thereof, to employ consulting engineers, architects, attorneys, accountants, construction and financial experts, superintendents, managers, and such other employees and agents as may be necessary in its judgment and to fix their compensation.Source: SL 1972, ch 10, § 7 (10).
